In the last article you dealt with partial-birth abortion, do the same Bible principles that apply to that apply to all other types of abortion as well?

In answer to this question I will simply say yes and refer back to a couple of verses that were brought up in that article.  Ecclesiastes 11:5 shows that man has no idea how or when God puts a spirit into a child, or for that matter when life begins.  I believe that it is safe to say that life begins when the seed and egg meet and growth begins.  But notice that verse, “As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.”  Consider again also Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you.”
A preacher, B. J. Clarke from Southaven, MS, has written an excellent article that I will copy for any that want it.  The article is titled, “If Only They Had Let A Doctor Kill Their Baby.”  It refers to the murder of the child of Brian Carl Peterson and Amy Suzanne Grossberg.  You may remember that after the child was born in a motel room it was placed in a trash bag and literally thrown out with the other garbage.  Clarke points out that they could have “hired a hit-man dressed in surgery scrubs to do the job for them, and it would have been legal.”  And, “then, instead of the police picking up the child out of a plastic trash bag, a nurse could have reassembled the severed body parts to make sure that none were accidentally left in the mother’s womb.”  Another option he gives is much too inhumane:  They could have simply put the child up for adoption.
Clarke goes on in the article to describe 5 types of abortion in gory but accurate detail (by the way I have seen films of abortions and one abortion is at least at cruel, if not more so, than anything that Hitler could ever have thought about doing [how dare we accuse him of crimes which pale in comparison to those which we allow-but it would not be as convenient for us to have millions of Jews killed as to kill 2 million unwanted children per year <99% by the way are for convenience’ sake>]).
Let me simply say that I have enough material on abortion to show that it is wrong, and more than that it is murder.  It is a shame that we sit idly by and allow it to go on.  Again, I refer you back to last week’s article that can either be obtained from myself or via the Internet at the address below.
