Recently we mailed the second quarter issue of Gospel Gleaner for the year 2000.  We hope that you are receiving the paper and are enjoying it. Speaking for Bill Dillon and myself, it is hard to see how we could be more pleased with the progress of the paper.  We are pleased with the message, the direction and the new appearance of this fine journal.  It is such a pleasure to be associated with it.  It is our prayer that the Lord is also pleased with this avenue of gospel declaration which is done to his glory and for the cause of his Kingdom on earth (Mt. 16:18-19; Col. 1:13).
     These statistics have come out of our most recent mailing: Our circulation is hovering around the 6000 mark, with 5972 actually being mailed.  Since our last issue we decreased nineteen issues in individual mailings and increased forty-two issues in bundles.   We are sending thirty-two bundles into several foreign countries, such as Canada, Northern Ireland, Italy, Philippines, India, South India, France, American Samoa and many states in Africa.
      Gospel Gleaner is having a steadily growing impact in the lives of people with the gospel.  We intend to be a presence for many years to come.  We will continue to major in balance, truth and “book, chapter and verse” Bible teaching.    We feel confident that this approach meets a crying need in the Lord’s church today.  We hope that you will keep reading it and pass it on to others!
